About us

We are a small, successful team of business psychologists in Wilmslow working on genuinely interesting, fast paced projects with high profile private and public-sector clients. We work with fascinating people and we get to make a difference because people matter to us and we believe in doing the right thing.  Check us out on .

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will be an exciting addition to our team, responsible for the frictionless running of our support function, reporting to the Board.  This includes managing a small team of dedicated project administrators, managing invoices and our credit control cycle; negotiating with and managing suppliers.  We also need you to arrange travel and accommodation for consultants and directors, reconciling cash & credit card statements.  You would also liaise with our landlord, IT support, bank and accountants and be responsible for keeping us compliant.  You will have your own projects to support, working directly with our clients, and you will coordinate projects across the organisation to ensure our operations are as efficient as they can be.

Attitude matters most, we can teach you how to use our systems so don't worry if you haven't done every bit of this before.

What you'll need to succeed

If you love managing multiple projects; creating order out of chaos and have an eye for detail then we need you now! You will be skilled in Microsoft Office, great with numbers and able to get on with very different people, from visiting Chief Executives to negotiating with our printers.  It would be great if you were familiar with Sage or basic bookkeeping, or are prepared to learn it. We also use a lot of online systems so you will need to be very comfortable with technology.

We put our clients at the heart of everything we do and we expect you to do the same.  We would prefer someone with experience of managing people or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.  We love working with people who are curious about people and interested in learning new skills - is that you?

Successful first stage applicants will be asked to complete online assessments in advance of formal interviews planned the first week of August.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm
