Your new role
Supporting the Managing Director, one other Executive Director and occasional support for our Non-Executive Director. We need someone to manage our complex diaries and travel itineraries, liaise with our prestigious clients and the Managing Directors driver to keep our executive team functioning at the high level and fast pace they need to. From keeping our physical and digital document systems in hand, sorting out the parking rota to organising our away-days and occasional events we need someone to help us to work more effectively and get things done. We will be interested in your ideas to improve the way we work and you will be a valued member of our team, reporting to the Managing Director.
What you'll need to succeed
Fast typing speeds, attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple, changing and often conflicting priorities. You will need to be unflappable, confident working at board level and with high profile clients who need that extra TLC. You will need exceptional communication skills in writing and over the phone, and be able to craft effective documents. You also need to be good with people - of all personalities.
