Jobspot Recruitment is pleased to be representing our client in search of an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor. This company have been trading for 8 years now and have recently relocated from Stoke into bigger premises to accommodate their growth and new business demand, they now have 2 vacancies available within their team.

The successful candidate will be providing support to existing and potential customers and colleagues by answering Customer Service enquiries via telephone and email, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, processing orders as well as some other general administrative duties. Language fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Job role

- Manage and respond to customers and prospective client enquiries promptly and effectively

- Ensure swift and effective resolution of problems

- Ensure all enquiries are logged accurately

- Update customer records

- Produce reports as required using excel

- Order processing - produce invoice and receipts and issue to customers

- Processing/checking Italian Language applications

- Assist with events and other admin when required

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

- Previous customer service or gained within an office or retail environment

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Italian

- Good teamwork and relationship building skills

- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Good reporting skills, able to present information and prepare reports

- Excellent numeracy and Excel skills

- Ability to prioritise and work without close supervision
