My client who is based in the heart of Wilmslow are looking to recruit a Training Co-ordinator. The role is a permanent full time position offering fantastic opportunities for career progression and an amazing place to work and develop.

This leading organisation who have won several awards and been recognised as a credible employer, are looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious candidate who is looking for a fast paced and dynamic office. You will have come from a solid administration / co-ordination background where you have been use to organising meetings whilst communicating with internal and external clients.

As a Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the Training Project Team and be an important point of contact for the trainers and external clients. You will be responsible for scheduling and booking courses, managing the training database, and producing training and sales material. You will be the focal point of all administrative work for the Training Department.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, enthusiastic and confident individual who is proactive, decisive and able to manage their own time. You will have high-standards and an eye for detail. Experience within an administration/coordinator role is essential for this position.

Duties

  • Scheduling of open and bespoke training courses, trainers, venues and training equipment
  • Managing and updating attendance records, scheduling delegates on future courses and sending joining instructions
  • Coordinating the set-up of training rooms and supporting with facilities and reception management
  • Managing the hospitality for training clients
  • Working with training consultants to coordinate and manage training materials and proposals for large projects
  • Assisting with the administration of professional qualifications and in house Accreditation Programmes, Training Needs Analyses and Training Assessment Days
  • Assisting in the printing of resources for the Managed Services (MS) team and Training projects
  • Formatting of sales and Training proposals ready for clients
  • Assisting in setting up the boardroom for meetings

Essential requirements

  • Essential - Experience within an administration/coordinator role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
