We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to our busy Transport Operation in Middlewich.

This is a Monday to Friday role on day shift assisting the Front Desk operatives to help them deliver a safe, legally compliant and professional service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phone queries.
- Driver brief and debrief.
- Issues and receipt of vehicle keys.
- Check and issue / receipt delivery paperwork.
- Update TMS system.
- Monitor Winsight compliance.
- Issues and receipt mobile phones.
- Confirm debrief against phone usage.
- Communicate with drivers, planners, delivery points and customer service about any issues affecting service.
- Action communication of returns and re deliveries.
- Arrange with maintenance suppliers for repairs and breakdown call outs.
- Log agency hours.
- Update the defect log.
- Filing Time Sheets, Defect Notes & Pods's etc accurately
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and tenacity
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft.
