Admin Manager role based in Crewe up to GBP27,000

An opportunity has arisen to manage the Admin Team and co-ordinate projects within their organisation.

Your new role
The key aspects of the roles are to:

  • Manage a team of office based support staff both in the Admin and Business function.
  • To achieve the KPI targets for the business, in liaison with the UK Manager, particularly that of year end turnaround.
  • To act as the main contact point for the business within the Crewe office.
  • To work with the consultancy management team and Programme Director to manage the administration of projects.
  • To provide support to the Managing Director in the role of Personal Assistant.
  • Ensure the performance of the staff, whilst developing and training them as individuals.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of people management including utilisation levels and staff reward.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will be experienced in managing office based teams with a strong understanding of the day
to day operational aspects of project management. Extensive experience of all Microsoft software is essential and the individual will require an energetic, proactive and highly motivated attitude combined with a creative and solution orientated approach. They will also need to produce work consistently to a high standard, be self reliant and well organised with strong leadership characteristics, and respect gained through credibility and track record.
