CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-skilled Engineer to join the team located in Stafford. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for all Maintenance related duties on Plant and Machinery, including Building Services as required.

Role Summary:

Perform Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance to both Plant and Equipment and Building
Identify / manage the risks to the client through the equipment on site, including updating drawings, identifying critical spares and improving performance of machinery
Provide Electrical / Mechanical expertise to the Maintenance Department working on Heavy Industrial Machines and Overhead Cranes
Use of new equipment and technologies to maintain a working production environment
Support the Cluster Manager in all purchasing of equipment / materials
Support the management of contractors
Write and follow Risk Assessments and be available to question any issues
Generate reports as required
Provide cover for Shift Leader during annual leave or sickness
Work on Three Phase Systems with Voltages up to 440V
Work on Motors, Gearboxes, Valves encompassing Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical Systems
Use Mobile Devices to accurately project and complete any works from the CAFM Maintenance System
Liaise with onsite Site Services to manage any Building Services related issues
Client facing
Work a rotational shift program, following as - 06:00 till 14:00, 14:00 till 22:00
Perform Maintenance on numerous Stafford Sites as work required

Experience Required:

Recognised Apprenticeship
NVQ Qualifications to Level 2, Electrical / Mechanical
City & Guilds - Electrical and Mechanical qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance
Experience working on 3 phase motors, drives, inverters, fault finding and PLC Diagnostics / Repair
Hydraulic / Pneumatic knowledge
Familiarity working with Overhead Cranes
Experience working with Heavy Engineering (desirable)
Experience supervising contractors
Good multi skilled ability - basic plumbing duties, minor fabric repair
Working at Height Qualification
IPAF (desirable)
AP Qualifications desirable (desirable)
Ability to plan PPM Works / Reactive Remedial Requirements
Able to write Risk and Method Statements
Ability to understand and write Permits for different competences
Able to work overtime (if needed), this may include nights / weekends
