Advice Session Supervisor
Citizens Advice helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent, confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers. We have an opportunity for an Advice Session Supervisor to join our existing team which provides an excellent generalist advice service for clients. Post: Advice Session Supervisor Hours: 37 pw Salary: GBP24,426 pa Contract: Permanent Based at: Matlock This 37 hour post is to provide supervision for face to face and telephone advice sessions in both our Matlock and Belper offices. To be successful in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge and experience of advice, possess excellent client care skills and the ability to provide feedback to others verbally and in writing. Experience in the current benefits system and an up to date knowledge and understanding of welfare reform is essential. You will need to manage the practicalities of the advice session and ensure adequate staffing and resources in addition to monitoring the case records, face to face interviews and telephone calls of designated staff to ensure quality standards are met.
